| | Cartoon stamp | | Hiya MyLottersI received a snail mail letter from my sister in France and was amused to see a stamp with Sylvester the cat and Tweetypie on it. I can't say that I've ever seen U.K stamps with cartoons but maybe you know better if you're from the U.K. We of course have the royal mail service so we expect to see the Queen on our postage stamps.Have you seen any other cartoon characters on a postage stamp?
